Returns Policy
We hope you absolutely love your jewellery, but we understand that sometimes something isn’t quite right. We’re here to help make returns as easy as possible.
Returns
You can return unworn items within 28 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, just as you received them.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.
